St. Michael Academy Peace Patrol is a student organization whose members assist in resolving conflicts occurring on the playground. St. Michael Academy Safety Patrol is a student organization whose members, under adult supervision, assist in controlling the flow of traffic in the parking lot before and after school to ensure student safety. Volunteering students must have the approval of their parent(s) and teacher(s). The typical volunteering period is for the length of the school year.
Students and parents must realize that these commitments are extremely important and in many cases, involve ensuring the safety of students and must not be taken lightly. Eligibility requirements are the same as for athletics and other extra-curricular activities.
